Get to know the ARES-Recruiting Team ARES Recruiting GmbH is an owner-managed personnel consulting agency. Our focus is on the placement of sales and marketing positions in the life science sector and, in particular, in the medical technology industry. Last but not least, the reason for our establishment in the Ulm area is also the proximity to the Tuttlingen region as the German “medical technology cluster” with over 400 companies from the life science sector.

Jamshed Dezham studied ethnology, law and philology at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz and has many years of experience in personnel consulting. He started his career with a market-leading recruitment company based in the UK. Mr Dezham then successfully expanded the medical technology division of a German personnel consulting agency and established key accounts within the D-A-CH region. Due to his excellent contacts and his profound know-how in the field of medical technology and the life science sector, he has a very good understanding of the needs in filling specialist and management positions from both the client and candidate sides. Among the factors of his success, besides his professional expertise, are his extensive knowledge of languages, his social competence and his knowledge of human nature.

 

Morsal Dezham
Morsal DezhamSenior Research Consultant

Morsal Dezham trained as a wholesale and export merchant in the consumer goods sector. Her focus was on internal sales and customer service. Previously, she worked for several years as a saleswoman and store manager with personnel responsibility in retail. Ms Dezham has very good linguistic qualifications and excellent commercial expertise. She successfully continued her education in the course of various trainings in the areas of sales, order management and communication. At ARES Recruiting GmbH, Ms Dezham is responsible for Candidate Research and Candidate Relationship Management and will be happy to answer any further questions you may have.

Daniela Vulic
Daniela Vulic Executive Research Consultant

Mrs. Vulic has more than seven years of experience in the field of personnel consulting. She learned her skills from a market leader in the placement of sales staff. As a Senior Research Consultant, she recruited specialists and executives from sales across all industries. Her clients included leading personnel consultancies as well as companies from the IT and software solutions sales and finance& insurance sectors. At ARES Recruiting, as an Executive Research Consultant, she looks after the candidates for the Life Sciences sector and is your contact in the areas of process design and account management.

Tobias Schäch
Tobias SchächResearch Consultant
Tobias Schäch finished his studies of History, Political Science and American Studies with a bachelor degree. He did several internships in the fields of journalism, education and life science, particularly in the medical technology industry sector and thereby could expand and deepen his skills and acquirements.

Apart from working as a freelance journalist, Mr. Schäch worked as manager with personnel responsibility in the gastronomy- and event management-industry for several years. Furthermore, as Executive Consultant, he counseled and accompanied international start-ups in the medical technology industry.

His highly trained core competencies are commitment, social sensitiveness and good human knowledge. Mr. Schäch is responsible for Candidate Research and Executive Consulting at ARES Recruiting GmbH. Feel free to contact him for any further questions.

Simone Schwenk
Simone SchwenkResearch Consultant

Simone Schwenk studied Information Management & Corporate Communications at the University of Applied Sciences in Neu-Ulm. During her studies, she took the chance to prove her skills in planning and organization in international working companies, e.g. at Coco-Cola. After a successful graduation, her way led to the Seeberger GmbH, a renowned player in the fields of FMCG, where she established herself and extended the national trade marketing activities of the company.

Meanwhile, she is the deputy head of one of the biggest regional branches of the retailer Lidl and guides her team with empathy and a strong will to deliver her best outcome every day. Her passion for Human Resources and the urge for further development led to her employment at ARES Recruiting, where she supports us as a Research Consultant with her stimulating hands-on mentality.
